All Inclusive Hard Rock Hotels turned to Alliance Connection for a distinctive concept and an exclusive resort program.
As a partner in the Alliance Connection portfolio, Camp Jam, the ultimate teen music camp, immediately came to mind as the right collaborator. They were willing to exchange category insight for equipment sales and the opportunity to align with a well-known, respected brand.
Alliance Connection developed a branded concept and multi-layered curriculum that offered Hard Rock guests the unique experience of becoming a rock star and gathering insight into the music industry. We coordinated the build out, handled on-site marketing and trained the entire resort staff on how to manage the new program to build attendance and engagement.
We launched Music Lab at Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya February 27th, 2015 with a massive public relations event where media experienced the fun first hand. Attendees were able to form a band and learn an instrument under expert instruction of American Idol stars. After rockinâ€™ the big stage, they enjoyed a stripped down performance by their coaches hosted in the Rock Star Suite.
