OBJECTIVE:
All Inclusive Hard Rock Hotels was looking for a way to bolster the programming for kids 5 – 13 years old at their properties in Mexico and the Dominican Republic. KIDZ BOP was hoping to create a fun, inspiring, educational long term pop-up or integrated experience for music loving families.
OUR SOLUTION:
Alliance Connection is known for creating powerful collaborations between world-class brands and resorts to deliver long-term, unparalleled branded experiences for guests, and with music connecting these two brands so perfectly, Alliance Connection negotiated a mutual win barter-based partnership with no licensing or talent fees with the number one music brand for kids. Together we created the first ever KIDZ BOP Experience at the all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana. From developing the creative baseline and writing the programming from scratch to rendering out the space design, overseeing construction and implementing staff training, we launched the program in August 2018.
To celebrate the grand opening, Alliance Connection designed, executed, and produced The Ultimate KIDZ BOP Live Fan Experience for all resort guests, media, influencers and industry VIPS. From a site inspection, schedule creation, on-site event management, concert production, talent management, securing added value media and content for the experience and hosting press for event coverage, we were able to produce fantastic marketing content and provide a once in a lifetime experience for all guests with the KIDZ BOP Kids performing LIVE on-site.
Alliance Connection continues to foster the relationship between the all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotels and KIDZ BOP to help the partnership grow and thrive.
